Use allure.properties file #44

I have allure.properties file in my repository with allure.tests.management.pattern set. But seems like TeamCity plugin ignores this file. Yes I know I can set this pattern in build step configuration but now I need to keep it in two places (and in fact I have two templates with this step, so - three places)
