Scrolling pages just scrolls zoom, doesn't actually change pages #89

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use vudroid 1.3 or 1.4 on a pandigital novel (possibly any resistive 
device?). Note that 1.2 works fine.
2. Load a .djvu file
3. Swipe finger from bottom to top to change a page.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expected it to change pages, instead it changes zoom.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Works on 1.2. 1.3 and 1.4 don't work.
