Persistant error step 3: empty lcpline.shp #83

Hello,

I am using Linkage Mapper with ArcGIS 10.2.
When I try to connect 40 core areas, the run go through for one species, but 
when I change the resistance raster for another species, the run aborts in step 
3. I receive the following error message:

Geoprocessing error on **line 807** of lm_util.py in Linkage Mapper Version 
1.0.8:
---------------------------------
ERROR 010151: No features found in 
C:\Transfert\budry\scratch\core3\lcpline.shp. Possible empty feature class.
Failed to execute (RasterToPolyline).

Please help, I can't find any solution online.

yeap, i also came across this problem recently...so annoying. i was successful 
before in a more clumped landscape, recently i perform a more fragmented 
landscape, i wonder if this change cause the problem,
