make package pip installable #10

Hi Alma,

thanks a lot for anndata extension,really useful. Any chance on getting package pip installable like pip install https://github.com/almaan/stereoscope.git ? thank you! that would make it very easy to set up conda envs to use this.

Hello!

There is an upcoming refactoring of the code, where I had planned to make it pip installable as well as introducing an API that is compatible with scanpy. My idea was to do this after the final review process (which has been somewhat delayed), however this process will be completed within 2 weeks - allowing me to finally tend to these things.

Still, since making it pip installable is fairly easy/quick, I'll gladly do this before the larger refactoring; thanks for the suggestion!
