@chrishaid this was a bit sloppy on my part - there was a mysterious merge conflict, but it turned out to just be the NAMESPACE file. Had to make some quick fixes on master.
lots of stuff adding in 2015 school growth norms here. unfortunately you can't approve it before the merge happens because I already did it on the command line :angel: :angel:
