force minimal groups for growth_df summary #317

right now you can choose your own groups (which is good) but there are some fields that are required to calculate cgp - ie measurementscale, end_grade, growth_window.

force those.

maybe as an enhancement we could put some logic in to handle cross-grade groupings (where it would take the average grade level, or whatever. not now, though.
