Develop Roadmap for Contributors #2

Up to this point everything has been sort of just sitting around in our heads 
and now we have a 
good enough idea of how this will play.  We need to consolidate this into a 
roadmap document that 
makes it easy for contributors to get involved.

Developed the initial roadmap and then a followup blog post giving more 
background information.  It can 
probably be fleshed out in more detail as we go, but I'm closing this.
