Angular2 Wrapper #2242

Hi everyone, I've just started (yesterday night ... friday night ...) to write a angular2 wrapper for vis.js. The first thing I've implemented is the network component with the help of the vis-tyings project by @agileek.

I hope you are fine with my attempt to make vis.js available to the angular community.

Please check it out and let me know if I should change anything:

@seveves good job! We are more than happy for ng-2 users to come and use this lib.

@seveves You also should check out visjs/angular-visjs. It's from @josdejong a former visjs core developer.

Thank you! I will check it out and see if I can use anything for migrating to angular2.
