Also fix right axis bug

Vis with patches to prevent issues:
450 Removed "optimization" in LineGraph.prototype._updateGraph to fix disappearing graph
2818 Removed "optimization" in LineGraph.prototype._updateAllGroupData to prevent unexpected exceptions
1177 Removed call to this.scale.followScale in DataAxis.prototype._redrawLabels
so that right range option can be respected

mode-vis is a fork of vis with patches for some of the issues that we've been encountering.

@blin4444 nice! you might also consider sending these fixes upstream to @yotamberk's timeline-plus library https://github.com/yotamberk/timeline-plus

it is an actively maintained fork of the Timeline module in vis.js 😄
