Would html-gl speed up rendering of timeline with thousends of items? #4135

What do you think, would the html-gl library speed up the timeline-redrawing or is i just for animations?

It seems easy to wrap the timeline. Did you test it?

No, but I will test it. I've asked the same question in the html-gl repo to know, if it is thought for such cases. I wanted to know, if someone have already experiences here with the vis-library in combination with html-gl.
