Time not moving/following on graph drag #4179

Hello, First I'd like to thanks all contributors of this brilliant project!

I've noticed that when dragging a graph (for eg. in the basic example: http://visjs.org/examples/graph2d/01_basic.html) the timeline won't follow. Only the graph will move, not the time. Is this the expected behavior? Tested with IE 11 and Chrome 70.
