Azure DevOps Pipeline example #130

Example of the DevOps Pipeline based on https://github.com/aaronparker/intune-backup-template, but with fixes and improvements (skips jobs in case no change in Intune configuration is detected).

Some variables need to be defined for this pipeline to work (see comments at the YML file top).

Could be useful for the others.
