Ecto 2 Fixes and Tests #21

I brought a bunch of the tests you had from the ecto1 branch and updated ecto2 for them. I tried to merge/rebase this, but it looks like you've done a bunch of refactoring that is making it difficult to do easily.

I thought I'd share this in case you are interested in trying to collaborate on this effort.

Closing this since I reapplied the missing tests to the newly refactored master, which is ecto_2 now.
