Integrate with wishlist form so that Hobop admins can reflood, then auto-update 
all wishlists.
Admins tell OB to complete the form, saying a reflood has occurred, so that 
wishlists updated during the last run get integrated
Also handles passwords for all users. Suggestion: use wordshot code in order to 
generate passwords (pick a random word, tack a number on the end?)

Downgraded priority. Google Spreadsheets now have the ability to allow 
individual cell-locking, which makes the use of Google Forms unnecessary for 
wishlist management. Whether or not the other features of this request are 
still desirable is up for debate.
