Used GSMA release is reset to Albatros once an empty HTTPS provisioning message is received #178

Before parsing an HTTPS provisioning result the GSMA release is reset to 
Albatros. Only if the result contains a SERVICE tree Blackbird is asumed as 
release. However, a HTTPS result just prolonging the validity doesn't contain 
any SERVICE tree.
I'll make a proposal via Trello to fix this.
