Repackaging/Rebundling Testrecorder agent

There are scenarios where users do not want to use the original testrecorder agent but a repackaged/rebundled alternative, e.g.:

• configuration should be bundled with the agent
• custom components should be bundled with the agent
• Some packages should be relocated (with maven shade) to prevent version conflicts

The current documentation is not complete. So there are following tasks:

• complete the documentation for creating a new testrecorder-agent bundle
• provide an example project (with custom components, custom config and relocated dependencies.
