Address bar proposal 1

Here is the first address bar approach for the extension. I wanted to create a floating address bar, can be accessible any time with a click, easy to use and track as a simple tool.

The bar will be persistent regarding it's position and status on page transitions;

It can be held in pretty much anywhere like a compact part of the screen;

And it's so sticky, waiting for sticking to edges/corners of the browsers :)

It looks fantastic, I can't think of any comments about it. I'll merge it. Later on we can look for some "beta testers" in the r/ethereum to see how people feel working with it.
