upgrade to flakes :-) #2

Might be nice for it to write 'nix develop' flake.nix 's too..., and embrace the power of nix flakes.

@nixinator Yes! I really need to look into flakes more. Hopefully I can do some work to make nxo write a flake file out in place of the current shell.nix
