Per discussion with ChatGPT, have a current transformer or other voltage/current measuring device that can compare how much power is currently being drawn to how much power should be drawn. There will need to be a test sequence created that will turn on all lights in order for the comparison to be done. This is similar to how the brake light indicators work in some vehicles.
