create separate branch to deploy to light show website #111

GitHub Action workflow needs to be updated so that a different branch is used to automate deployment.

This branch will be used for the maintainers light show. Will also include configuration values and the workflow be set up accordingly. Branch protection rules may need to be implemented.

Will not create separate branch. Created separate repository instead.
