check for requests prior to current song ending. if requests exist, add it to the queue
ensure that same song is not queued within the last 3 songs
if no songs have been requested nor in queue, then add random sequence to queue

Remote Falcon has the some of the same functionality that will be required by this feature. Consider using that as a basis for implementing this feature.
