toggle to stop accepting request #11

Command or other implementation, needs to be added to stop accepting requests.

Shut down, restart, and stop request are still allowed, but song requests are not when toggled off.

Possible to follow schedule and turn off request automatically based on the schedule.

This feature has been implemented with in the Show Pulse website and will not be part of the plugin.
