Run-time error '13' on choosing Options #115

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. From Force.com connector menu, choose 'Options'
2.See error Run-time error '1'3': type mismatch
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expect to see options menu

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?  With
what Salesforce.com edition?
connector version 13.03
sforce toolkit for office v4.0
salesforce enterprise edition
