52 move metadata creation and supplement into own module

Introduction

The goal of this PR is to create objects pertaining to vector databases that are easy to test and reuse. It also allows for different ways to query the Vector databases to experiment with the output of RAG.

Changes made

• removed some redundant code
• created a VectorStore handler for Chroma and FAAIS
• making use of config.py more to reduce redundant code
• added some simple test
