Packets Sync idea

Lossless UDP documentation is up to date as well as packet structures.

I edited lossless page (did not change anything you wrote). I deleted unnecessary stuff and added general explanation of the processes. Please, read and say if it's consistent with current implementation. However, there is info about sync, which we do not have as I described. Tell me if you agree on it or it should be done in different way.
