As a User I need the ability to register So that so I can have persistence on my data

Details and Assumptions

User data are sessions, accounts, portfolio, they are not implemented yet
We can use a simple vector for the storage

Acceptance Criteria

Given a name and a password
When the name and the password is submitted
Then the user should be created in the "storage"
