What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Cannot install android eclipse adt on https://dl-
ssl.google.com/android/eclipse/

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
eclipse android adt succesfully update.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
i cannot access https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/eclipse/ to install 
android eclipse adt. please help. thanks
