Licence difference to cvxpy #5

Hi, thanks a lot for releasing this library under a open source license!

I just realized that cvxstoc is released under GPLv3 while cvxpy is now released under Apache License. The only reason I bring this up is, that cvxpy was origin also GPLv3 and I guess cvxstoc consequently had to follow the license at this time.

Did you every consider switching cvxstoc to the Apache License now that this is possible? Certainly I full respect if GPLv3 is still your license of choice.

@SteveDiamond Any possibility of changing this license to be consistent with cvxpy's Apache License? The GPL is challenging for commercial use and inhibits building a broader ecosystem around the package.

Sure changing the license to Apache would be good. If @alnurali supports the change I will do it.

@alnurali Could you please indicate if you have any intention of migrating to an Apache license?
