Missing requirements in the composer.json #4

There are no requirements specified regarding the composer-plugin and the Contao Version. Something like

"contao/core-bundle":"~3.5 || ~4.2",
"contao-community-alliance/composer-plugin":"~2.4 || ~3.0"

for example.
