Browser Support Information on offline web applications is wrong for Android and iOS #854

Please describe the issue:

On your website (http://www.html5rocks.com/en/features/offline) it says that 
offline web applications are only supported by Android version 3+ and iOS 
version 5+. According to caniuse.com (which is claimed as source for that 
information) however, these platforms support offline applications since 
version 2.1 (Android) resp. 3.2 (iOS). See: http://caniuse.com/#search=offline

Please provide any additional information below.
