Slides cannot be updated until bugs are fixed #863

I'd like to update the slides, but there are a few problems:
- slide transitions fail on last 2 themes
- notes (press 'N') toggle on, but then stay up. Also, 'undfined' appears in 
most of the notes boxes
- TOC is in a weird place when toggled on. 
- Does the flexboxing work in FF?

Ernest, I think most of these changes are yours. Can you take a look?
