Add questions to chapters 3 and 4 [resolves merge conflict] #47

Here is a whole new PR that adds questions to chapters 3 and 4 (1 and 2 were handled in #46 ). Looks like we're able to merge now 🎉 Thanks again @canyon289 for your indulgence 😉
