Setup udev rules for multiple cameras #2

Currently, the device name when a camera is plugged into a machine i sselected 
automatically under /dev/videoXX. This is highly problematic if multiple 
cameras needs to be attached to the same machine.

udev rules need to be setup via an automated script that create file resources 
based on a the serial id of the device.

This is now combined with camera setup/calibration. I removed "other USB 
devices" from the summary because the setup is specific to cameras. We will 
need to handle other types of devices separately as they come, due to the fact 
that different devices use different udev kernels.
