Create bash script to setup udev rules and camera calibration when a new camera is set up #3

The bash script should take a minimum number of parameters to generate the 
appropriate files. Once this bash script is available, instructions to 
reproduce this step need to be linked on the bwi wiki.

Once this step is done, it may also make sense to try and publish the 
standalone camera stack to trunk
