Created a preload animation at index.html.

New Feature: Created a preload animation at index.html. The animation is simple position-translate animation. It will be shown while the page is rendering. Improvements to do :

• Destroy the animation when the page is rendered or keep it because if the page renders again then the animation will be shown instead of the blank white page.
• Can change the font.
