Send Public Reply should be disabled for my Tweets

SCENARIO #1
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login using tweeter username. 
2. Goto More -> MyTweets and select a tweet 

What is the expected output? 

Send public reply button is disabled (Works as expected)

3. Got to user page by clicking on the arrow (>) 

What is the expected output? 

Send public reply option should be disabled

What do you see instead?

Send public reply option is enabled:

2. Goto More -> MyTweets and select a tweet 

What is the expected output? 

Send public reply button should be disabled

What do you see instead?
Send public reply button is enabled. 

Also Got to user page by clicking on the arrow (>) where Send public reply
option for my own tweets should be disabled.

Also this on the image bellow you can see the first tweet in the screen
shot as it is send from tweeter and the second tweet as it is sent from
Public reply to my own tweet from yFrog app.

We should make some consistency on whether we allow our users to publicly
reply to their own tweets or not.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

yFrog app for iPhone v3.0 build 3_15

users can reply to themselves if they want to
i think this is Ok
