Provide a brief explanation on how the notebooks differ #5

This is the first code pattern we have where there are two notebooks in on repo. This issue is a bit nit-picky, but can you provide a brief explanation before the "Steps" that explain what the purpose of each notebook is?

As it stands now, the user is just told to load them both up and run them. It doesn't really explain why i'm doing any of that.

@stevemart @rhagarty definitely agree with this! Would be super helpful to readers who want to follow along. @aloknsingh if you help explain why the notebooks are separate and what each notebook/step purpose is, it will help readers follow along with your story.
