missing lang strings for capabilities #51

You are missing the language strings for the custom capabilities in your plugin - this makes me also wonder if you have been using/testing your plugin with the debugging level set to "developer" and "display errors" set to on - please do this and make sure you fix all debugging errors that appear.

note - this is a blocker for approval - if you look closely at the github actions failures you'll see that this is telling you that the gotomeeting:addinstance string is missing (but that's not the only one missing - just the only one that the github actions process is picking up.)
