Make target "kernel.img" calls "mkkrnlimg" which is included in the repository as an executable with no source or documentation. Does anyone know what this is / where it came from?

Appears to be related to https://github.com/jhonxie/rk2918_tools/blob/master/mkkrnlimg.c, but perhaps without the command line flag switch for unpack vs repack?
