Two issues reported by Virverus

1. When using sudo - pre-picuntu does not recognize absence of dialog, and 
keeps giving the error
2. When forcing text mode - even though, user selected "Not to format", the 
system went ahead with format into one large partition.

On the second issue - there seems to be some inconsistency... when checked on 
development system... when N/n was selected in text mode for disk, the disk was 
NOT formatted.

I found two problems when running the pre-picuntu-0.9-RC2.2 script
1. There is a dependency check for wget and dialog, but not for pv
2. It might be useful to autorun the sha1sum check (I didn't do this in my case 
and it took me a few hrs to figure out :) )
