Hi, WebRTC is ofcourse not running/working on IE and Safari, but with the use of the plugin of Temasys this could be possible: https://temasys.atlassian.net/wiki/display/TWPP/WebRTC+Plugins. Could you integrate this plugin into yours? Regards, Mark

Or Temasys could integrate phonertc plugin into their plugin, or... wtf? Why do you want a plugin for IE/Safari "integrated" into a plugin for Cordova?
