the readme tutorial did not work for me with official giraffes, orangutans, monkeys [20, 14, 23] sample if data is prefixed

Hi,

I recently merged a pull-request that added the plotly- prefix to avoid conflicts with other common angular modules. Are you sure you checked with the latest version of angular-plotly?
