Font interference #7

We are having issues in areas of our org where the font ij bumbled. Salesforce tier 3 is now saying that it could be the quotaattainment managed package, stating that the proximanova font contained within that package seems to be causing the issue. Has this happened before? They are asking me to uninstall but it is on the home page of a hundred users.

It's a 4.5-year-old package and no longer maintained, so it's possible. But at the same time, I haven't heard anyone mention this.
