Change Credit System, remove it? #142

Here is a list of all the places on the site that changing the price structure will have an impact:

Tutor sign up page - not in current version but in the new version
Tutor profile page (within tutor login)
    Subjects tab 
    Account tab (currency only)
    Credits tab 
        Credits history
        Withdraw credits modal

Student profile page (within student login) Credits tab Credits history Top Up credits modal Search results page Tutor public profile page Book a class: page (within student login) modal (within student login) Classes page - within both tutor and student login Tutor page - within student login FAQs - copy only
