rc cache for new decomposition or new question #9

hi

i wonder how does the rc_annswer_cache data generated

if I have a new decomposition for questions, there will be new subquestion that do not have corresponding rc cache, how to generate rc cache for it

for the author, it's really helpful

If the question is not in the cache you need to execute it against Google's search engine (or any other corpus you want) - of course this will not reproduce the original results since Google has changed since 2017.
