Support Streaming API for Real-Time Reporting API (need more realtime!) #535

Now Real time reporting api supports only polling way to get data. This way 
makes delay and needs to think rate limit. 

I think there is better way to get data such as Streaming API.
Please consider to support it. Thanks.
