Web Interface uses deprecated dimension isMobile #673

Issue summary:

When creating a custom segment, selecting Technology - Mobile - Yes creates a 
custom segment definition of "sessions::condition::ga:isMobile==Yes".

The dimension isMobile is deprecated and will soon be removed.
