Set maximum cookie Age #26

I would like to be able to set a maximum age for a cookie so that websites 
can't set a cookie with an expiration date older than say a month and if they 
do, it automatically gets reduced.

I want the browser to remove old cookies and that seems like a good way of 
doing it.
