What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Edit this cookie
2. Allow the editing of the path of the cookie
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The cookie's path will be altered and be read by sites in the new path

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 0.12.9
windows x64, chrome 8.0.552.224

I don't really see the usefulness of changing a cookie's path. The path field 
is now read only as it should always have been.
