Will the extension force chrome to start storing and retrieving cookies when it isn't already? #32

On my PC Chrome doesn't seem to be storing cookies at all - see 
http://bit.ly/xQyCDN. Manually deleting the cookie file makes no difference. 
It's so bad I'm thinking of going back to using Firefox. Will installing your 
extension fix this problem?
